US domestic
• All purchases will be shipped with tracking as soon as payment received and cleared.
• Any order placed that is 3 to 5 items, purchases will be shipped with tracking within 5 working days of payment received and cleared.
• Payment must be received within 2 working days of placing your order or JACKCAVE reserves the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.

International
• When payment has cleared it will take 10 Business Days Delivery by end of day, UPS
• Any order placed that is 3 to 5 items, purchases will be shipped with tracking within 15 working days of payment received and cleared.
• Payment must be received and cleared within 5 working days of placing your order or Jack Cave Design reserves the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.
• International orders do not include tracking.

• MOST COURIERS CANNOT DELIVER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS, SO PLEASE PROVIDE A FULL RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL POSTAL ADDRESS.
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT.

Return Cost
• For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs when sending your merchandise back to us and must have a Return Authorization Form accompanying the return merchandise. We reserve the right not to accept any returns without a Return Authorization Form.

Returns and Exchanges
• We are tight on quality and we do our best to make sure the best quality product goes out. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately or within 24hr after receiving the items(s). We will pay for shipping if item is received defective or damaged. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
• ALL ITEMS MUST NOT BE USED and returned in excellent condition with TAGS attached in the same place when you received the item or items.
• Since most of our products are 1-of-a-kind, limited edition and uses resources that are limited, any damaged or defective items can only be replace by what products we have in stock.
• Receive full REFUNDS if you receive defective or damaged product, the REFUND will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (i.e., credit card). Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
*We offer CREDIT or EXCHANGE of equal amount of any returned item; and If CREDIT or EXCHANGE is a higher amount, customer pays the difference.
• If you have requested a REFUND, be advised that returning funds usually take 7or more working days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
• All SALE merchandise merchant is final.
